L’Expertise Technique, entité du Groupe SOCOTEC recrute un Expert Machines pour intervenir principalement sur la région Auvergne-Centre. L’entité Expertise Technique rattachée aux Equipements accompagne les professionnels afin de sécuriser leur production au quotidien, en situation de crise ou dans le cadre de travaux ou de modifications d’installations existantes, et ce, sur différentes expertises (électricité & mesures - génie thermique et fluides - projets industriels & équipements de travail, Calculs).
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Réaliser des prestations d'assistance technique dans les domaines : Machines, Equipements de travail; Automatisme, électricité, robotique; Nouvelles technologies : cobotique, objets connectés, systèmes AGV, automate de sécurité, etc.
- Etre force de proposition de solutions techniques dans le respect d'un référentiel (réglementaire ou client)
- Rédiger et communiquer les comptes rendus ou rapports d’interventions
- Animer des réunions techniques auprès des clients
- Assister les industriels de l’expression du besoin jusqu’à la réception de l’équipement
- Etre à l'écoute pour comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque client
- Participer activement au développement de l'activité
- Rédiger des offres de prestations traduisant une réponse au besoin des clients
- Suivre les affaires pour respecter les objectifs en terme de qualité et de satisfaction client
Vous serez pleinement responsable du développement et du suivi commercial de vos affaires qui vous seront confiées et interviendrez auprès des clients (industriels, tertiaires…) par le biais de rédaction des offres de prestations traduisant une réponse au besoin des clients.
Vous aimez les challenges, avez envie de participer à des projets de qualité, de vous épanouir au sein d'une équipe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens passionnés par leur métier, nous saurons vous donner les moyens d'exprimer vos talents.
Qualifications
De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en génie mécatronique, maintenance, automatisme ou équivalent, vous possédez au moins 1 année d'expérience dans un environnement similaire.
Les qualités pour vous épanouir sur ce poste et vous permettre d’accomplir avec succès les missions d’assistance technique : travail en équipe, bonne communication, sens de l’écoute ; autonome, impliqué, organisé ; sens de l’analyse et innovant sur des solutions face à un problème technique.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir au niveau National ponctuellement.
