Tattershall Lakes is a lakeside resort in Lincolnshire. Our Flagship Resort offers extensive amenities and a beautiful environment for guests and owners. We are expanding our holiday home sales team and seek sales-driven, customer-focused senior sales advisors to engage with potential holiday homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Interact and build relationships with potential buyers, providing insights for informed decisions.
- Create opportunities to communicate with potential holiday homeowners.
- Guide clients through holiday home ownership options, supporting their decision-making process.
- Exceed sales targets and set an example for team members.
- Tour potential owners around the resort, including lakes and facilities.
- Work weekends and bank holidays as needed.
- Generate leads through networking, partnerships, and advertising.
- Support existing owners with upgrades, maintaining integrity and transparency in sales.
