We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior SAP CIAM Consultant to take a strategic and technical leadership role in shaping a global organization's digital customer identity landscape. This role will be instrumental in the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer identity solutions, primarily leveraging SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC).

Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement secure, scalable CIAM solutions using SAP CDC in alignment with enterprise digital strategies.
- Act as a consultative partner to business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into secure and user-friendly identity services.
- Lead the strategic integration of CIAM across platforms and applications, ensuring performance and interoperability.
- Design solutions that meet global regulatory standards including GDPR, CCPA, and internal compliance frameworks.
- Provide technical mentorship to developers and platform engineers.
- Manage CIAM operations, ensuring reliability, security, and proactive incident resolution.
- Support agile planning, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Stay current with emerging CIAM technologies, identity protocols, and propose enhancements for future scalability.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Deep technical experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya).
- Proficiency in identity standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.
- Backend development experience (Java, .NET, PHP) and front-end capabilities (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP CDC, CIAM, CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are an advantage.
- Agile delivery background.
