Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Car Allowance + Package + 2 Days WFH
This role is working for one of the UK’s most successful Tier 1 contractors. This would initially be working on a major Leisure Centre project which is a stand alone build, and not just leisure packages within a residential build. This will be NEC Contract, so experience with this is essential. After this project you would work on a variety of different projects such as Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide planning service for proposals and projects
- Ensure company best practice and protocols are adhered to.
- Lead meetings and forums for planning staff within the specific division.
- Challenge and review processes to enhance planning best practice that can aid and improve performance and consistency across the business unit and wider planning community.
- Ensure that planning standards become a key strategic advantage to the business unit
- Review projects that have deviated from plan and provide advice on original plan and strategy, subsequent cause and effect and contribute to decisions as to best way forward.
- Develop relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience with ASTA
- Degree Educated
- Experience working within Leisure Centres is essential
- High project value experience £40m +
- Excellent written and communication skills.
