We are delighted to have partnered with our client, the official licensee for Reebok, who are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandiser to join their team. If you have a background in digital merchandising and a passion for streetwear fashion, this is an excellent opportunity to work with an iconic global brand. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical ability, organisational excellence, and outstanding communication skills. This is a permanent position based in their Central London office.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Catalogue Management
  • Manage and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery
  • Coordinate merchandise for content creation, ensuring digital assets align with global brand standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to source, validate, and update product catalogue data
  • Digital Merchandising
  • Manage category placement, product sorting, cross-sells, upsells, and featured product rotations
  • Update and optimise category and homepage layouts based on campaign and product performance
  • Upload markdowns and promotions; create and manage promotional codes
  • Enhance UX/UI by optimising navigation, filters, and the category tree structure
  • Data & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor category and product performance using tools like Google Analytics and BI platforms
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and traffic reports
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise visibility, boost conversion, and improve customer engagement
  • Propose and implement A/B testing strategies for merchandising performance

Person specification:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in e-commerce merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Highly data-driven with a keen eye for product presentation and performance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with GA4 and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
