Operating 5/6-aside leagues at over 500 venues nationwide with over 250,000 participants who play weekly. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Area Business Manager. This role is on-site and located in Warwick. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our football leagues, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Responsibilities also include organising and scheduling matches, communicating with teams and players, and maintaining our high league standards. The role requires you to have an excellent telephone manner and a strong eye for detail. Qualifications Experience in event planning and coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Marketing and promotional skills are a plus but not essential. Applicants must hold a full UK driving license due to office location. Salary range is between £24,000 to £28,000, with an added lucrative commission structure.
