For Companies Nexgen Facilities Services Ltd is seeking a reliable, dedicated individual to join our team as a mobile cleaner.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining 5-6 sites within the following postcodes: ST4, CV22, CV23, WS15.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of cleaning experience and knowledge of COSHH are required.
This role involves working 25 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the business. The hourly rate is £13.00, with potential overtime as needed. Candidates must have their own car; business mileage will be reimbursed. Immediate start is available.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and motivating all employees on site.
- Maintaining positive relationships with employees and visitors.
- Assisting the Area Manager.
- Covering for holidays or absences.
- Tracking hours worked at each site and reporting to the Area Manager.
- Checking stock levels at each location and reporting requirements.
A proactive attitude and flexibility in working hours are essential.
