Responsibilities

Provide general, light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, laundry, vacuuming, mopping floors
Purchase food and household supplies
Make beds and change the bedding
Wash dishes and empty trash cans
Observe and report any pertinent information directly related to the well-being of the client
Complete a minimum of 6 hours of in-service education
Adhere to all agency policies
Adheres to strict confidentiality in regard to client’s personal life.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
Must be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with supervisors and clients
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Valid driver\’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Ability to act in a supportive and compassionate manner
