The Opportunity: Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with QVC UK? We are looking for a motivated Category Planning Merchandiser who will help maximise sales and productivity. Reporting to the Category Planning Merchandising Manager, you will help develop a yearly departmental budget for Category Sales and Airtime. You'll leverage QVC's Leadership Competencies, such as strategic agility and accountability, to lead discussions on departmental strategies, highlight risks, and uncover opportunities.

Your Impact: You will collaborate with the Buying & Planning Teams to ensure KPI planning is developed at brand level and continuously adapted to current business needs and trends. You'll lead the charge in creating forecasts for the next 3 quarters ready for the Directors of Planning & Buying as well as VP of Merchandising. You will influence decision-making through insightful updates on performance, recommending actions that pivot on recent results. Harness your analytical experience to make informed commercial decisions, directly supporting departmental and organisational goals. You'll be responsible with Director of Merchandising, for developing and coordinating the optimal Today’s Special Value mix for their business and ensuring that the TSV metrics in the Company Roadmap are kept.

What You Bring: You will have demonstrated expertise in managing product areas with a significant sales value, ideally £50 million or more. You will have a skill set in commercial decision-making, and the agility to move quickly when needed. You will have experience leading a team and inspiring excellence. You are analytical and numerical, with experience in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
