We're looking for an experienced Senior EA to support two C-suite executives at a leading theatre organisation. This is a temporary, full-time role based 5 days a week in the office - ideal for someone with strong EA experience and a background in the creative industries.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the executives stay focused and organised. Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings and travel
- Liaising with VIPs and senior stakeholders
- Supporting internal events and training
You’ll be the first point of contact for correspondence and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
About You
- Proven experience as an EA at C-suite level in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional diary management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in the creative or entertainment industries is a significant advantage
- Ability to work independently, with sound judgement and discretion
