Join a Leading Aerospace Innovator – Service Technician (Aerospace Test Equipment & GSE)

Location: Peterborough, UK (with UK travel up to 50%)

Type: Permanent

TARCG is working with a global leader in aerospace innovation to find a Service Technician to support their UK operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, agile, and professional team supporting cutting-edge Aerospace Test Equipment and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used by major aviation clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and support electrical and hydraulic test systems and GSE
  • Perform calibration and repair work at customer sites across the UK
  • Create detailed maintenance, test, and calibration reports
  • Collaborate with UK and international teams to provide technical support
  • Manage tools, equipment, and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical training (C&G, NVQ, HNC, HND) – ideally with an electrical bias
  • Experience as a service technician is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong electrical knowledge and hands-on skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% within the UK)
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and general IT tools
