Stock Condition Surveyor job opportunity with a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham, surveying properties in the immediate area. The successful candidate will be conducting s program of stock condition surveys for a large scale housing scheme in the West Midlands. You will be conducting site visits and inspections and providing the relevant reports. You must be able to manage your diary to hit the relevant deadlines and be able to work closely with the client and develop good relationships. We are ideally looking for experience on residential properties for this role and anticipate the successful candidate have a relevant degree in a field such as Building Surveying. Proven experience in this or a similar role such as site management is a must and we’re looking for good technical building knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. As some travel is required you must also have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
