Your new role Within your new role, you will work alongside the HR, Payroll and Finance team, reporting to the head of benefits and pensions. You will offer expert advice to internal employees/ stakeholders and liaise with the relevant pension boards. You will manage a variety of pension schemes, including defined contributions and defined benefits, ensuring the administration of auto-enrolment processes are followed.What you\’ll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an in-house pension administration position. Ideally, you have worked with both DC and DB schemes alongside the management of any internal benefit schemes. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.You will be the main point of contact in the absence of the head of benefits and pensions.
