An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Strategy and Growth division as a Wellness to Work Officer as part of the Health and Growth Accelerator Programme Pilot. The role would suit an experienced and organised administrative officer who has experience of working with project teams supporting individuals, supporting the compliance of completion of records and systems, reporting mechanisms and ensuring the smooth delivery of operational activity and quality record management.

We are seeking an experienced Officer with a track record of successfully supporting services and projects. This post provides a huge opportunity for the pilot project team to operate an employment project within Kirklees for residents aged 18-64 years, demonstrating the success of health and employment support that leads to positive outcomes for service users. The post holder must have effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the project.

The post holder will be expected to be able to travel independently across Kirklees. When considering applying for this post, it is crucial that you read the person specification in order to ensure that you fulfil the essential criteria which will be required for short listing.
