Your Impact as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor:

  • Lead the Team: Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Schedule Efficiently: Plan department schedules in line with census and labour budget requirements.
  • Manage Inventory: Order and maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies while staying within budget.
  • Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee duties such as mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disinfecting to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper sanitation, infection control, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
