As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for leading and executing paid social media strategies across multiple brands within our group. This includes owning both commercially-driven campaigns aimed at driving ROI, as well as more brand-led, engaging campaigns that foster a deeper connection with our audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid social media platforms, a solid commercial mindset, and a creative flair to work across varied campaigns, platforms & brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end paid social strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders across brand, creative, and performance marketing teams to create both performance-driven and brand-led campaigns.
- Execute campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring optimal use of targeting, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, optimizing spend and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of campaigns, ensuring both immediate performance goals and long-term brand objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to drive results-focused initiatives and meet KPIs such as sales & lead generation.
- Work alongside creative teams to develop innovative and engaging content tailored to the specific needs of each brand while maintaining brand consistency.
- Drive creative testing and experimentation to uncover insights that can inform both short-term campaign adjustments and long-term strategy development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure our brands remain innovative and competitive.
- Introduce new opportunities, features, and strategies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Create regular reports, dashboards, and insights to communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the data and insights team to provide actionable data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social media management, ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution (experience in retail preferred, but not essential).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively while optimizing for performance.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), their advertising tools, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-brand paid social campaigns.
- Experience with creative asset development and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
