We’re on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Associate on a 3-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) to help accelerate our outreach efforts through appointment setting, lead generation, and cold calling. This is a high-impact role with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance, with a clear growth path into a Business Development Representative (BDR) role.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
- Set appointments for the sales team with key decision-makers in startups and SMEs.
- Engage with inbound leads, qualify interest, and schedule demos or follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
- Contribute to refining outreach scripts and messaging for better conversion.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and appointment setting (preferably in a SaaS or B2B setting). Strong cold calling ability and confidence in engaging senior-level prospects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive. Experience in HR software or SaaS industry. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead automation tools (e.g., Dux-Soup). Previous work in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
