Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
- Attempting to resolve simple customer inquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and the preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company process
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
- Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
- Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant to contribute towards achieving them
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort, and convenience expectations, including restocking workstations
- Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses as soon as possible
- Following correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
