Essential Functions:
- Deliver exceptional service to guests and lead associates.
- Optimize crew placement and assist with scheduling and break assignments.
- Reinforce wardrobe standards with the crew.
- Coach peers on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
- Resolve guest questions and concerns, including pass distribution.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are followed, including opening/closing duties and program assignments.
- Support inventory management, cash handling, and stock organization.
- Assist with maintenance, marketing, and booth operations as needed.
- Perform crew functions based on business needs.
- Maintain attendance and uphold company standards and policies.
Skill Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Competency in all crew positions.
