About The Role
We seek a permanent full-time Assistant Manager for the Road Hole Bar, overseeing operations of our whisky and beverage offerings, ensuring standards, coaching staff, and driving team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain standards and operating procedures
- Control costs and ensure service quality
- Support and coach staff, ensuring excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and foster loyalty
- Forecast staffing needs
- Conduct performance appraisals and development plans
- Identify areas for continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Experience supervising teams in bar/restaurant settings
- Knowledge of bartending, cocktails, and presentation
