To provide Rockwell Automation Remanufacturing Centre customers with a module test, repair, rework, update, and replacement service. Ensuring that product leaves the Remanufacturing Centre meeting the quality, safety, and reliability standards laid down by Rockwell Automation.
Electronic fault finding and repair to component level on various Rockwell Automation combinational logic and microprocessor-based printed circuit boards used in PLC, HMI, PC, Motion, and AC Inverter type equipment.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on a range of industrial equipment.
- Extensive fault diagnostic knowledge, down to component level with good soldering and SMT skills.
- Undertake product rework modifications as required.
- Review test procedures and forward amendments to relevant body.
- Inform supervisor of delays or other potential problems likely to adversely affect production objectives.
- Assist when required with other special duties and projects.
- Complete all documentation, paper or electronic, relevant to the equipment repaired.
- Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training and development covering technical and personal development.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards are applied and sustained.
- Maintain own safety and the safety of others.
- Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, related to skills and abilities.
