Valcon UK is seeking a Power Platform Consultant to join our growing Intelligent Process Automation capability group within our Technology Practice. You’ll lead client engagements end-to-end, using your consulting experience and hands-on Power Platform skills to deliver effective, scalable solutions. This is a client-facing delivery role with a focus on practical outcomes and strong stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for consultants with the following skill sets:
Technical skills:- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Confident building Canvas and Model-driven apps, designing data models and automating processes
- Familiarity with integration into Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics
- Working knowledge of ALM, environments, and deployment pipelines
- Exposure to custom connectors, APIs, PowerShell and solution governance
- Leading discovery phases to understand business needs and shape deliverables
- Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Defining solution architecture and delivery plans
- Managing delivery teams, workplans, and risk
- Communicating clearly with clients and building trusted relationships
- Supporting pre-sales work including shaping proposals and effort estimation
- Leading Power Platform projects from discovery through to deployment
- Delivering robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions
- Working in multi-disciplinary delivery teams using Agile methods
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Managing stakeholder expectations and driving delivery outcomes
- Leading client engagements across sectors, owning delivery of Power Platform solutions
- Running discovery workshops and mapping business processes
- Translating requirements into scalable, supportable technical designs
- Building Power Apps and Power Automate flows, integrating with data sources and systems
- Overseeing delivery and managing teams to meet deadlines
- Supporting test cycles and production readiness
- Advising clients on governance, standards and best practices
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and capability development
- You have a strong consulting background and are confident in client-facing roles
- You’re comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on technical delivery
- You’re proactive, pragmatic and delivery-focused
