Exciting new opportunity to join our team as Reservations & Revenue Manager, responsible for the professional and smooth administration of our reservations department. In this role you will lead and manage the hotel's reservations team while overseeing the implementation and delivery of daily revenue management practices.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, our Reservations & Revenue Manager will help maximise revenue, occupancy, and profitability across all distribution channels. This includes:
- Managing rates and inventory across booking platforms
- Monitoring and analysing booking patterns and market trends
- Collaborating with key departments to optimise business performance
- Implementing dynamic pricing strategies and supporting forecast accuracy
