A high-end interior design and project delivery practice based in London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Procurement Manager to join their growing commercial team. The firm is known for delivering exceptional residential and hospitality projects with a focus on detail, craftsmanship, and luxury.
This role is central to managing the procurement and delivery of FF&E and OS&E packages across multiple live projects, ensuring the highest levels of quality, budget control, and logistics management. The successful candidate will work closely with design, finance, and project teams, as well as with suppliers and contractors, to oversee purchasing schedules from specification through to on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of project procurement processes from specification to final delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Liaise with design teams to interpret and confirm product specifications and lead the procurement of FF&E and OS&E packages accordingly.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, fabricators, and manufacturers; negotiate costs, lead times, and terms.
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with internal procedures and financial controls.
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and installations in collaboration with project managers and site teams.
- Maintain procurement trackers and reporting systems for internal and client-facing updates.
- Support financial reconciliation processes and assist with value engineering where necessary.
- Ensure procurement aligns with company standards for quality, compliance, and ethical sourcing.
- Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role within the high-end interiors, architecture, or luxury residential sector.
- Strong understanding of FF&E and OS&E procurement workflows.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Confident in supplier negotiation and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with procurement or project management software is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across internal teams and external partners.
