The Regional Purchasing Technology & Integration Specialist (RIS) will play a key, project-based role in leading the end-to-end integration of Eurofins\’ legal entities into the company’s digital purchasing platforms, primarily Coupa , along with related warehouse management systems. This includes integrations for new acquisitions and existing entities requiring system onboarding. The RIS will manage projects from start to finish , ensuring seamless system integration, selecting suitable digital tools, and fostering synergies across purchasing and warehouse operations. They will coordinate with internal IT, regional and local stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. Some on-site travel may be needed to support complex integrations and successful implementation. In addition to system integration, the RIS will focus on best practices , including standardized training, process modifications, and ongoing improvement efforts. They will prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for regional leadership and global review sessions. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership for Digital Purchasing & Warehouse System Integration Lead integration projects for new and existing entities into Coupa and related platforms. Manage warehouse system integration, utilizing Coupa Inventory or other solutions. Assess system needs, evaluate processes, and coordinate demonstrations and fit-gap analyses. End-to-End Project Management Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, go-live, and support. Develop project plans, coordinate UAT, and provide post-go-live support. Best Practice Enrichment and Process Optimization Implement continuous improvements, standardize training, and document processes. Synergy Identification and Procurement Optimization Identify procurement synergies post-acquisition, support category strategies, and supplier consolidation. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication Act as the main contact for regional and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout projects. Reporting and Leadership Support Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership reviews. Training and Change Management Lead training efforts, promote user adoption, and ensure smooth transition to new systems. Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. Experience in procurement operations, system integration, and project management, especially with warehouse and purchasing platforms like Coupa.
