We are a leading London-based specialist mortgage brokerage, looking for a hard-working and detail-orientated Administrator and data handler to join our client-facing Mortgage Concierge Department. Charles Cameron & Associates work alongside HR departments in many global corporations including banks and law firms, to offer a dedicated financial wellbeing service to all employees.

Due to internal promotion and process enhancements, we need to find an experienced and professional administrator to assist in managing our client database, ensuring customer enquiries are recorded and processed efficiently and additional service bookings are logged in a timely manner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process appointments for third-party services promptly and accurately
  • Input all prospective leads into our database, capturing the data accurately
  • Respond to all inbound client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and log all client feedback and report on any issues identified
  • Monitor adviser contact with existing clients and prospective clients
  • Help monitor review dates and activity following deadlines
  • Monitor and report back on adviser workflow activity, flagging any issues
  • Support the development of the Mortgage Concierge project and proactively assist with enhancing system efficiencies
  • Assist the Corporate Account Managers in compiling Management information reports for corporate partners

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of Administration experience within a client services setting. You should be hard working, trustworthy, a team player, proactive, highly computer literate and articulate. In return, you will be a valuable member of a growing and evolving team, where progression is possible for those willing to show their strengths.

CC&A values input and ideas and we welcome candidates who are proactive in developing their skills. A willingness to cover Telephonists within the team during busy or holiday periods is essential, so confidence in making outbound client care calls is necessary.

The role is hybrid working, with 3 days in the SE1 office and 2 days working from home. Working hours are Mon – Thurs 09.00-17.30, Friday 09.00-17.00. Annual Salary is set by our London Living Wage status (currently £13.85 per hour) so £26,647 per annum, plus up to £4,000 additional performance bonus, which is discretionary and paid quarterly.
