The opportunity
You will engage with a wide variety of activities, working with different teams across the entire business. Over time, you will have an opportunity to embed with each of our four tribes: technology, growth, culture, and finance. Examples of activities might include:
- Devising data-driven experiments to improve processes, such as trial-to-purchase conversion, to enhance customer experience and outcomes.
- Reviewing the competitive landscape for specific product areas to help evolve our product strategy.
- Engaging with customers to identify opportunities to improve product UX, learning materials, and support activities.
- Analyzing data from recruitment processes to find opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements.
- Creating effective communications that amplify our products' value and resonate with our target customers.
- Addressing people challenges, such as helping new joiners overcome impostor syndrome or fostering an open feedback culture.
- Analyzing transactional and financial reporting processes to identify automation opportunities.
You will receive close support and coaching from experienced Swiggers in each area. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a successful, high-performing business operates and evolves. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions for future success.
Throughout your journey, you will develop broad and deep skills across all business areas. You can choose to specialize in a particular area or remain versatile, with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.
