Agile Delivery Manager

The office is based in Southampton with a fixed hybrid working pattern: 3 days per week in the Southampton office and 2 days remote. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this pattern. Candidate Requirements: Experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager in a complex technical environment Experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments, possibly described as Wagile, Agile Delivery Manager/Lead, or dual Project Manager & Scrum Master roles Proven coaching and leadership skills in cross-functional teams through Agile transformations Technology project delivery experience using agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Previous work in enterprise settings related to retail, B2C, customer systems (airlines, travel, etc.), or related technology fields Availability Requirements: Available to work on-site 3 days per week in Southampton Ready to start within a 2-week notice period after offer acceptance #J-18808-Ljbffr
