A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer seeking their next career move at a multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Somerset and Dorset market. Candidates seeking a long-term career move are of particular interest to our client and dependant on experience, this position is open to those seeking Associate, Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level.

The quality of work and client base on offer is second to none and the successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. Knowledge of agricultural property law is also desired but not essential.

You can expect to play an integral member of the commercial property team and will be responsible for supervising a small team of fee-earners and therefore, excellent communication and relationship skills are essential. You should be willing to undertake marketing and business development and to get involved in the local community as the firm find many of their clients come from this source.
