You will develop and deliver an outstanding online customer experience across our B2B websites, supporting the varying commercial needs of our business and ensuring good customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and updating digital content using Episerver CMS following brand guidelines to support appropriate commercial targets
  • Developing verbal and written briefs from Marketing and PR colleagues into appropriate content to support their activities and objectives
  • Proactively working with the Marketing and Optimisation teams to deliver great website journeys, content, and experiences
  • Writing, producing, and updating relevant digital marketing material, content pages, and optimising the site
  • Ensuring that appropriate tracking is in place on any content created
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting on content engagement and success metrics, feeding results into marketing strategy and the formulation of campaigns
  • Ensuring that all content created adheres to our relevant policies and procedures and is within our risk ‘appetite’. Manage it through our strict compliance and approvals workflow
  • Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strategic and creative thinker with excellent attention to detail, strong written English skills, and the ability to spot spelling and punctuation errors
  • SEO, UX, and journey optimisation knowledge and application of best practices
  • Basic Photoshop skills for resizing images
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to tight timescales while keeping stakeholders updated
  • Knowledge of standards, legislation, usability, and research techniques related to web content
  • Able to adapt to and work with change in a fast-growing division and marketing function
  • Significant hands-on experience using a CMS to build webpages; Episerver experience is advantageous
  • Experience with analytics packages, especially Adobe Analytics, is helpful
  • Previous relevant experience working in Financial Services
  • Experience working with agile processes and delivery
  • Good knowledge of campaign planning, management, evaluation, and working with brand guidelines
