Senior Employee Relations Consultant

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly established, forward thinking, and successful organisation in Coventry to help them recruit a Senior Employee Relations Consultant. This is a newly created position where you will provide expert advice and guidance to the People Team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering ER frameworks, polices and case management processes ensuring they align with employment law, organisational objectives and best practice.
