Our Hampton office has just been fully refurbished and is primed for expansion — and we’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious Lettings Associate to help us grow across Hampton and Twickenham.

Your profile
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting business growth across Hampton and Twickenham
- Generating new lettings instructions through canvassing, follow-ups and local outreach
- Carrying out viewings and building strong relationships with applicants
- Preparing property listings and assisting with marketing
- Supporting landlords and tenants from enquiry to move-in
- Coordinating with our compliance and progression team to ensure smooth lettings
- Helping with daily office operations and CRM updates

Who We’re Looking For
- A confident, commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships
- Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take ownership
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Experience in lettings, sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
