Scope of Position:
Support the AOG/CLS Operation to ensure smooth departmental functions within the branch, focusing on Operations, Systems, and Culture, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Operations:
- Handle high-profile, high-pressure shipments efficiently.
- Proactively find solutions for service failures, keeping customers informed and offering alternatives.
- Learn about Road Freight, Imports, and industry norms for AOG.
- Monitor shipments during and outside normal hours.
- Be ambitious and ready to advance your career.
- Negotiate effectively.
- Understand and improve department process flow.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Follow all standard operating procedures.
- Assist in transitioning new and existing business.
- Provide pricing, routing solutions, and technical support proactively.
- Respond promptly to proposals and quotations with competitive pricing.
- Be receptive to system updates and enhancements.
- Suggest improvements for systems and processes.
