Manchester (Hybrid) with frequent travel to Cyprus. Are you a self-motivated CRO Manager, with strong performance marketing skills, a creative eye and a customer-centric approach? In this role, you will lead the conversations around the design, implementation & evaluation of activities that increase conversions of new and existing customers. You will focus on maximizing the commercial returns for the business by briefing internal resources such as UX/UI, Engineers/Devs, Digital Marketers, SEO, and more. You will thrive on being a true subject matter expert for all things conversion rate optimisation.
The Job... As Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO Manager), you will play a key role in the Marketing team. You will be someone who knows how to engage incoming prospects and existing customers and uses performance data to design new solutions that drive conversion lift, acting as a natural experimenter. This is a full-time role with flexible hours. You will work in the modern Manchester office 2 days a week, with the rest remote. There will also be frequent travel to Cyprus for approximately 18 months; at least 1 week per month.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning specific KPIs within defined areas of the conversion funnel.
- Working closely with other teams to optimize the first purchase experience for new customers.
- Leading the strategy, design, implementation, and measurement of the brandβs acquisition conversion optimisation activities.
- Analyzing conversion metrics & KPIs from high-value and high-volume sources and providing insights to maximize contributions to business outcomes.
- Deep diving into performance data to generate recommendations, and executing A/B & multivariate testing, new landing pages, and digital engagement experiences.
- Aiming for high agility and velocity in optimisation, focusing on marketing & commercial outcomes.
- Mastering targeted communication and personalization to deliver optimal content and experiences that increase conversions.
- Collaborating with marketing teams across channels to meet or exceed customer acquisition targets.
- Monitoring customer cohorts post-purchase and providing insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Planning activities and forecasting their impact on business outcomes.
- Delivering executive reports with complex analytical findings in a concise manner.
- Documenting key learnings and successes in company wiki and Jira to build intellectual property.
