Registered Nurse House Supervisor-Nursing Administration-PRN

Registered Nurse House Supervisor – Nursing Administration – PRN Seeking a competent RN with 1+ year experience in a similar clinical setting to practice independently and manage routine to complex patient care. Provides nursing care based on assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing patients\’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents patient information. Educates patients and families, identifies learning needs, and utilizes appropriate protocols. Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification. New hires attend orientation; experienced RNs may participate in residency programs. Work schedule varies; full-time position. Ensures all certifications are obtained within specified grace periods.
