Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fabric Technician to join our team at Battersea. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with legislative and contractual standards. As part of the on-site engineering team, you will uphold our client's professional standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the building fabric and associated assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day reactive fabric maintenance and repairs, including work on fixtures, fittings, and the building envelope.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) by completing all required documentation, including work records and compliance logs.
  • Maintain regular communication with the site management team regarding job progress and updates.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Support and assist other team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with specialist subcontractors when required.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all tasks.
