Nursery Nurse Here at Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a highly rated private day nursery who are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their quality home away from home setting based in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will join their experienced team in providing a nurturing and holistic approach too childcare. Requirements for this role: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) Qualification Experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years Understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements A passion for making a positive difference in children s lives Key Responsibilities Passion for Education and Excellence Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Passion for creating a learning-rich environment that supports children s development and curiosity Compassion and understanding for working with children and their families Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child s needs are met, every day Compassionate approach to supporting, developing and guiding staff in creating the best possible environment for the children.
