This is an exciting opportunity to inspire learners, help them build entrepreneurial skills, and make a positive impact on their lives and local communities. Based in Greenwich, you will deliver engaging business studies lessons focused on enterprise and entrepreneurship, helping learners acquire the skills necessary to launch and run their own businesses. Key Responsibilities: Deliver business studies lessons aligned with SFEDI standards, tailored to learner needs. Empower learners with business knowledge and skills to support their future success. Foster a supportive and motivational learning environment. Track learner progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure individual success. Work collaboratively with a passionate team focused on educational excellence. Requirements: A teaching qualification or Level 4 subject specialist qualification (or Level 5 – new standards), with a commitment to achieve the necessary qualifications within a specified timeframe. Minimum Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE grades 9 to 4, A* to C). Proven experience teaching business studies, particularly in alignment with SFEDI standards. Eligibility for a clean, enhanced DBS check. Benefits: Competitive salary including London Weighting Bonus. Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
