My clients are currently seeking a Senior Functional Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to join their growing team and upskill into the new Revenue Cloud Advanced. In this role, you will take the lead in discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering, acting as the key liaison between their clients and the technical delivery team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions—driving digital transformation and maximizing value from Salesforce investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing discovery sessions to identify business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed functional requirements related to Sales, Quoting, and Order Management processes
- Design and propose Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product configuration, quote templates, and guided selling
- Support change management, user training, and post-implementation optimization
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ with at least 2 full lifecycle CPQ implementations
- Strong experience leading discovery workshops and gathering business requirements in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Ability to clearly articulate business processes and translate them into Salesforce capabilities
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
