We are currently seeking a Project & Training Assistant to join our client in Blandford on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (flexible hours can be arranged if needed)

The ideal candidate will have a good general education, strong IT skills (especially Excel), excellent communication skills, and prior administrative and training experience. You should be a strong team player with the confidence to work independently and prioritise your workload. Being well-organised, flexible, and detail-oriented are essential for this busy and varied role.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project, business, or finance management
  • Graduation in law, business, or law with business management
  • Keen interest in law
  • Proven track record in managing projects
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Own transport is required

Duties include:

  • Assisting with the design, management, and implementation of projects across departments, ensuring timely completion
  • Liaising with external companies and arranging meetings
  • Delivering user training alongside the IT Trainer and Developer
  • Drafting templates from master documents
  • Updating project tasks weekly using spreadsheets
  • Rolling out training on new products and systems
  • Designing training materials, including guides and SharePoint pages
  • Supporting development work for the IT Trainer and Developer
  • Keeping office policies and procedures current
  • Researching products and solutions to meet the firm's needs
