ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule jobs promptly and update the schedule with all necessary information.
- Invoice customers using our POS systems.
- Accept jobs through various POS systems used by our customers.
- Overcome objections from prospective customers.
- Highlight product/service features and benefits, provide quotes, discuss credit terms, and prepare invoices.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new revenue opportunities.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts, including cold-calling if necessary.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company positively.
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other functions as necessary or assigned.
NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:
Interact with small and large businesses requiring identification services.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience with scheduling in some capacity.
- Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals.
