We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our industry team. This role is pivotal in driving Unity’s growth within non-gaming sectors by building strong relationships with industry clients, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that leverage the full power of the Unity platform.

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll develop and execute account-specific sales strategies, present Unity's solutions to enterprise customers, and drive client growth and retention. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities, while staying ahead of industry trends to inform strategic initiatives. What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Strategic Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain influential relationships with key industry clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Unity’s footprint within non-gaming industry verticals.
  • Solution Selling and Evangelism: Present and advocate for Unity’s innovative solutions, demonstrating how our technology can transform clients’ operations and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar tech or software environment.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience within one or more non-gaming industry verticals (e.g., automotive, architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing).
  • Solution Selling Skills: Proficiency in solution-based selling techniques, including the ability to craft and present compelling technology solutions that address client needs.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German: Native-level spoken and written German skills are essential for this role, as you will regularly interact with German-speaking customers.
