Village Vet is seeking a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their established team. This is a split role, involving working part of the week at Village Vet Kensal Green and the other at Village Vet Queens Park in a rotation with two other Veterinarians, meaning opportunities to collaborate as a team and manage your own caseload. Both practices are well equipped with laboratory diagnostic equipment, dental suites and dedicated operating theatres. The Vets are supported by an experienced and dedicated nursing team at both sites.

We are looking for someone with a real drive and passion for the veterinary industry to work closely with our team, to continue to drive the practice forward and give the clients and patients the best care.

We are supported by our colleagues in local Village Vet branches, many of whom are completing certificates in their area of interest, as well as visiting specialist surgeons, happy to share their time and expertise. Our 24-hour hospital in Hampstead has a dedicated night team so there is no on-call or night work for our branch Vets. We also are supported by London Veterinary specialists who will accept referrals for very complex cases that need more than advanced primary care knowledge.

We are dedicated to promoting a good work-life balance and this role comes with an excellent rota, support and mentorship from your Lead Vet and Clinical Director, and a clear career development path. This role comes with an excellent rota of a 4/5 day week including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8am-4pm).
