A&G Precision & Sons Ltd is hiring a CNC Offline Programmer to join their team.
The Role
-
Produce 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC programs using Openmind’s HyperMill
-
Plan efficient manufacturing methods including work holding designs
-
Create supporting documentation from 3D models and 2D drawings
-
Work with the shop floor operators to prove out & optimise the programs
-
Identify Opportunities to enhance efficiencies
Requirements:

Proven experience in offline programming and CAD/CAM

Experience with high precision complex components

Ability to work with 2D engineering drawings

Experience using Hypermill preferred
