The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, you may be required to provide reception cover during periods of absences however this will be discussed if needed.

About the role...

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Administrator/Receptionist based within our Forward Leeds team. This is a diverse and rewarding role providing admin support to the teams within the hub.

Key duties will include:

  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth operation of the services, these may include building checks, ordering stock, stock rotation, scanning files, petty cash.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry on computer systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Contribute positively in team meetings and discussions.
  • Take on additional administrative duties as required to support the service needs.
  • Inputting data into SystmOne.
  • Cover service needs across sites when required; this may include supporting our clinical admin team and covering reception at other hubs.

About you

To succeed as an Administrator/Receptionist you will ideally:

  • Have effective interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of colleagues, visitors, partners.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and Teams.

The salary advertised above demonstrates the full earning potential for this role, starting salaries will allow for pay progression within the pay band.
