What Are We Looking For?
SentinelOne is seeking a results-driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to cover the UK&I region. You should have at least 3 years of success closing new business with commercial customers (up to 1,500 employees), a hunter mindset, and a drive to exceed targets. You thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and acquiring new clients.
What Will You Do?
You will generate revenue from commercial accounts across the UK&I, managing the full sales cycle, building a pipeline, and collaborating with direct customers and channel partners. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing a full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing — with decision-makers at mid-sized organizations
- Collaborating with channel partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to maximize territory potential
- Growing and managing a healthy pipeline using various lead sources and outbound strategies
- Developing deep product and market expertise to articulate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
- Staying ahead of industry trends and our competitive landscape to refine your consultative selling approach
- Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Providing weekly forecasts and sales insights to leadership
- Working remotely from the UK&I
What skills and experience should you bring?
You should have:
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the UK&I market and customer landscape
- Over 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record
- Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)
- Experience working with channel partners is preferred
- Cybersecurity experience is advantageous but not required
- Skills in managing complex sales cycles from inbound to negotiations
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Results-oriented, competitive, self-motivated
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
