Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for a Measured Building Surveyor to join our team. This is a field-based role where your nearest local office is likely to be either our Coventry or Gatwick facility. We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of between £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
More About the Role:
- Completing full measured building surveys with floor plans, elevations and sections
- Liaise directly with clients to ascertain their specific requirements, building relationships, solving enquiries, and providing feedback on services
- Using a combination of traditional methods and 3D scanners to a high standard
- Maintain high standards of customer care and promote a culture of service excellence
More About You:
- Ideally more than 2 years' previous experience
- Experience with scan processing software such as Trimble Realworks and Faro Scene
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Lives local to the Coventry or Gatwick area and is willing to travel across the UK as and when required
