As a Child & Adolescent Therapist, you will work in a collaborative setting that supports professional growth, licensure progress, and community impact. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability and recovery.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other team members to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Provisional license per state regulation if required.
- Passion for mental health and high-quality care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.
