Our client is looking to recruit an experienced ATA Paint Sprayer.

Salary: £37,000 basic OTE: £40,000 (Guys earning MUCH more)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm Saturday morning as and when 8:30am - 12:30pm

Key Tasks for a Vehicle Sprayer:

  • Prepare vehicles to be sprayed
  • Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
  • Spray painting vehicles
  • Perform quality checks on completion to ensure there are no defects

The Person:

  • Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention, maintaining customer care and satisfaction
  • Awareness of and adherence to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations

Experience and Requirements:

  • The ideal applicant will be able to produce high-quality paint spraying from start to finish, with experience in water-based paints
  • Must be an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician with a stable employment history
  • Must hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
  • Work to a high standard, demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques

Candidates will ideally have:

  • ATA qualification (Essential)
  • NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3
  • Experience in a body shop or accident repair environment
