Project / Training Assistant

Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our established client in the Blandford area, who are looking to recruit a Project / Training Assistant to provide essential support to the business.

What you will be doing:

1. Assisting with the design, management, and implementation of projects within the business.
2. Using project boards and flow charts, following up on each project to ensure they run on track.
3. Liaising with external companies and suppliers.
4. Assisting with IT training for new users and rolling out training on new products and systems.
5. Producing a range of documents including templates.
6. Ad hoc duties as and when required.

What you need in order to succeed:

1. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
2. Organised with excellent attention to detail.
3. Previous administrative experience and a good range of IT skills, including Excel.
4. Experience within a legal environment is not essential, although an interest in the industry would be beneficial.
